Dance Classes for
2-4 Year Olds

We offer a variety of weekday morning classes and comprehensive Saturday morning options. These flexible times are designed to suit the different schedules of Wellington families, whether you are looking for a mid-week activity or a weekend session. Saturday classes are particularly popular for families where parents work during the week.

Tiny Dance is our programme for 2-year-olds that focuses on learning through play. The class uses engaging props like scarves, bubbles, and ribbons to capture the imagination of toddlers while teaching basic movement and rhythm. It is designed to be short and high-energy, matching a two-year-old’s natural attention span.

Little Dance is a creative movement class for 3-year-olds that introduces the foundations of both ballet and jazz. While students begin learning about posture and graceful movement, the "Little Stars" curriculum remains focused on fun and storytelling. This helps them develop a love for dance without the pressure of a strictly technical ballet.

Petite Dance is for 4-year-olds to prepare them for the transition into our Junior School grades. Kids will learn more complex sequences, improve their listening skills, and learn basic dance vocabulary while still enjoying the imaginative play they love. This level builds the confidence and independence needed for when they eventually move into formal Ballet or Jazz levels.
